the client’s challenge
My client had an existing, overgrown garden that was overwhelming. She wanted to create an extra visual screen between the fence and her yard to help mitigate issues with a neighbouring dog while keeping within her budget. With little experience in the garden, she reached out to Second Nature for help.
second nature’s solution
We weeded, cut and re edged the existing garden to create a defined border and nested up appearance. Cleaning up the space allowed us to discover what was growing and overcrowded. We were then able to use what was discovered as well as supplemental plantings to remap the gardens layout. We also used yews in the plan along the fence to create an extra screen from the neighbours dog.
